Accenture DACH is introducing the Accenture Graduate Academy Switzerland, an exclusive, module-based graduate career launchpad based in Zurich and Geneva. The programme blends technology, consulting excellence, and business insight across focus areas including AI, Software Engineering, Security, Health and Public Services, Financial Services, Consumer Goods, and Life Sciences. It is designed to launch the next generation of talent into high-impact consulting careers, with graduates who excel being offered a permanent position at Accenture upon successful completion. Follow a hands-on, AI-enabled learning journey covering foundational skills, real-life client simulations, industry-specific learning, and multidisciplinary project delivery. Participate in 7 weeks of intensive, instructor-led training at the Zurich office developing technical, analytical, and consulting capabilities. Take part in a collaborative offsite experience to broaden perspective and strengthen professional networks. Complete a real-client project phase applying knowledge to genuine client challenges. Navigate the full spectrum of Accenture services from Strategy to Technology to Human Innovation. Master AI-driven tools and mindsets to turn data and AI into meaningful business outcomes. Bachelor's or master's degree holder in any field of study. Strong interest and related experience in one of Accenture's focus areas (AI, Software Engineering, Security, Health and Public Services, Financial Services, Consumer Goods, or Life Sciences). Strategic thinker who challenges norms and proposes innovative approaches. Empathetic collaborator who thrives in team dynamics. Purposeful communicator who inspires and engages. Curious, fast learner who seeks feedback and reflects on growth. Ability to commit to a 7-week on-location presence at the Accenture Zurich office. Business fluent in English (C1) and German and/or French (C1).
