This role is based in Versoix, Geneva, Switzerland. Code and build AI-powered marketing tooling: write production-quality Python to automate marketing analytics pipelines, connect to internal data and third-party APIs, and build repeatable tools used across regions. Query and shape data with SQL and build dashboards and lightweight web interfaces (HTML/CSS/JS). Engineer prompts and LLM workflows to generate, adapt and localise marketing content for multiple markets, extract insight from customer and review data, and personalise the configurator-to-showroom journey. Build RAG assistants over product, owner and competitor knowledge; automated research and summarisation tools; creative-asset and copy generation; and customer-insight extraction from unstructured text. Drive marketing strategy and analytics: quantify market opportunities via TAM/SAM/SOM sizing, demand forecasts and entry cases. Optimise marketing investment allocation across digital, social, search and dealer co-op spend. Conduct EVC, break-even, sensitivity and NPV analyses for pricing and positioning. Grow customer value through CLV/owner equity analysis, churn diagnosis and CRM/loyalty interventions. Generate consumer and competitive insight via buyer personas, See–Think–Do–Care journey mapping, competitor benchmarking and brand-trust tracking. Run statistical and econometric analysis in R and/or Python, including marketing-mix modelling, regression modelling with log-log elasticities, adstock/carry-over and channel synergies. Essential coding and AI skills: strong Python ability (data, automation, APIs); comfortable with SQL; able to build simple front-ends (HTML/CSS/JavaScript). Hands-on prompt engineering and applied generative-AI experience, including designing and iterating prompts and building or prototyping LLM-based workflows. Statistical and econometric analysis skills in R and/or Python: regression modelling, hypothesis testing and data visualisation. Essential marketing qualifications: a master's degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Strategic Marketing, Business Analytics or a closely related quantitative discipline, plus an undergraduate degree in computer science, information management or a strongly quantitative field. Working knowledge of core marketing frameworks including marketing-mix modelling, CLV/customer equity, EVC/value-based pricing, brand equity and digital funnel models. Ability to structure ambiguous commercial questions into analyses or tools and deliver defensible recommendations. Essential global and language skills: near-native fluency in English with demonstrated study or professional experience in an English-speaking country; comfort operating in a global, multicultural environment across time zones and markets. Nice to have: experience with LLM APIs, vector databases/RAG, agent frameworks or MLOps; familiarity with Git. Experience living, studying or working across multiple countries. Genuine interest in automotive, mobility and connected vehicles. Exposure to consulting or project-management environments. Survey design and primary-research experience.
