Based in Geneva, this Executive Assistant role supports the Market Head Intermediaries Western Switzerland & Americas — a pivotal position at the intersection of executive operations, stakeholder management, and wealth management. The role is explicitly open to bachelor or master students as well as more experienced assistants seeking part-time work, making it well suited for early-career candidates with an affinity for private banking. Proactively manage the Market Head's calendar, including scheduling meetings, prioritising appointments, and resolving conflicts. Organise comprehensive travel arrangements such as itineraries, visa requirements, accommodations, and expense reporting. Screen calls and emails, handle sensitive correspondence, and ensure timely follow-up. Act as liaison between Julius Baer headquarters and the Geneva office, ensuring alignment on policies, communications, and change initiatives. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders including Finance, HR, Compliance, and Legal departments regarding documentation and approvals. Facilitate internal governance processes by organising regional management committee meetings, tracking action items, and maintaining meeting minutes and follow-ups. Maintain strict confidentiality of all matters. Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field (ongoing or completed). A first experience in a similar role and affinity with private banking topics. Willingness and ability to travel regularly between Zurich and Geneva and engage daily with other locations. Fluency in English and French; Spanish and German are a strong advantage. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy. Proactive problem-solving mindset that anticipates needs without constant supervision. Clear, concise, and diplomatic communication skills across levels and cultures. Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.
