The Global Corporate Banking team in Zurich focuses on relationship management of global, large-cap corporate clients, covering day-to-day client management as well as origination of new business, with specific responsibility for delivering financing, treasury, and risk management advice and execution globally. Assist Global Corporate Banking professionals in relationship management, origination, and execution across diverse product areas including Loan and Bond financing, FX and Interest Rate Derivatives, and Cash Management. Gain in-depth understanding of clients and the industries in which they operate. Provide market-informed judgments on a broad array of financing strategies tailored to specific client needs. Help prepare detailed financial models and analytical presentations across the capital structure. Develop proficiency in credit analysis and metrics used to price and structure debt instruments. Gain familiarity with legal and documentation aspects of various debt instruments. Work on live transactions and interact directly with clients. Help generate ideas and cross-selling opportunities for new and existing clients. Assist in developing client-specific analysis such as capital structure and acquisition finance. Work closely with Investment Banking, Capital Markets, and Global Payment Services teams on client coverage and origination. Candidates must be pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree from an accredited college or university, with a graduation date between January 2026 and July 2028. Strong academic results are required (minimum UK 2:1 or equivalent). Must be available to join the programme anytime from January to December 2027. Fluency in English is essential; fluency in German is a strong preference. Analysts are placed within a country coverage team, working across diverse industries and products. Extensive formal training is provided at the start of the programme, supplemented by on-the-job support, educational speaker events, and mentorship throughout.
