Banque Syz SA, Geneva-based private banking firm, seeks a motivated intern to support the Head of Pension Solutions & Financial Planning. The role offers hands-on experience in financial planning, pension solutions, and client relationship management within a dynamic and collaborative private banking environment with exposure to high value-added activities and a private clientele. Support the Head of Pension Solutions with documentation and compliance tasks including control of account opening files, verification of completeness and regulatory compliance. Participate in client meetings, prepare notes and follow-up materials, and assist in drafting presentations and commercial proposals. Support financial planning by participating in training and assisting in preparing analyses and recommendations. Contribute to marketing and communication efforts by writing articles and content related to pension and investment products. Perform data analysis and reporting in Excel, and contribute to improvement of tools and processes using digital and AI tools. Educational background in finance, investment, pensions, or business law; legal profile (lawyer or business law training) is an asset. Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. Meticulousness in handling documentation. Very good command of IT tools, especially Excel. Interest in digital tools and artificial intelligence. Excellent writing skills. Team spirit and proactivity. Strong interest in financial planning, pensions, and private banking. Proactive mindset, autonomy, and willingness to learn. Fluent in French and English. Direct exposure to high value-added financial planning and pension solutions activities within a private banking environment. Practical training in financial planning and pension solutions. Participation in client meetings and access to a private clientele. Dynamic and collaborative team environment with opportunity to contribute to marketing and operational improvements, including exposure to digital and AI tools.
