Bavarian Capital is expanding its team to provide vertical support for a leading Swiss investment group. The Scrum Master Intern role sits within the project management team and focuses on the practical application of organized workflows in a fully remote environment. The position bridges conceptual planning and routine execution, helping the firm meet its long-term objectives for its key client through organizational clarity and disciplined project coordination. Facilitate daily check-ins to keep team members aligned on current priorities and immediate goals. Maintain organized project boards and documentation for Swiss investment group engagements. Identify potential bottlenecks in development or analysis processes and suggest logical solutions. Help the team refine task descriptions to ensure clarity and remove ambiguity in technical requirements. Update progress reports to support informed decision-making by lead managers. Coordinate weekly review sessions to improve team effectiveness. Support planning of upcoming work cycles by organizing and prioritizing backlog items. Review internal communication channels to ensure timely information flow. Assist with the preparation of internal briefings summarizing project health and resource needs. Basic understanding of professional project management frameworks and interest in organizational systems. Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly. Methodical approach to problem-solving and high personal organizational discipline. Academic background in business, management, or information systems. Willingness to learn the communication style and rhythms of a remote capital management firm. Active listening skills and ability to help mediate differing viewpoints.
