Climeworks AG is a Zurich-based company focused on carbon dioxide removal (CDR). The Commercial Growth team drives the go-to-market strategy for Climeworks' carbon removal solutions, working across demand generation, sales operations, customer success, and market intelligence to advance climate action at a corporate and commercial level.
Support the Growth team in building and operating the go-to-market engine, contributing to demand generation and deal progression. Prepare high-quality materials for senior customer engagements and deliver sales enablement content to help opportunities move through the funnel. Maintain CRM and ERP systems, keeping customer and pipeline data accurate and up to date. Assist in planning and executing customer events, climate conferences, and senior stakeholder engagements. Support preparation of materials, documentation, and customer-facing updates for contracted carbon removal deliveries. Contribute to RFP responses, presentations, customer portal activations, and communication campaigns. Research carbon market trends, corporate procurement patterns, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform commercial priorities. Handle inbound sales requests and coordinate with Legal, Finance, and other teams on contracts, NDAs, invoices, and customer follow-ups.
Currently pursuing or having recently (within the past year) completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in sustainability, business, or a related field. Solid understanding of commercial dynamics including contracts, business cases, event management, and corporate decision-making. Strong interest in climate action and sustainability, ideally with prior exposure to carbon markets. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, and strong presentation skills. Analytical and detail-oriented, able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Strong communicator in English; proficiency in German or additional languages is a plus.
A six-month internship with a hybrid work setup, requiring at least three days per week onsite at the Zurich office. Competitive, standardised monthly compensation based on market benchmarks: CHF 2,000 per month during BSc or MSc studies, or CHF 2,500 per month after completion of an MSc.
