COTY TRAVEL RETAIL (TRE) EUROPE, based in Geneva, is seeking a talented and highly motivated intern to join the Travel Retail Europe Marketing Team across the entire brand portfolio on a 12-month fixed term basis. Support the Travel Retail Europe Marketing Team in the development and execution of brand plans that deliver profitable business growth through insight-led strategy. Responsibilities include: assisting in the development and execution of direct-to-consumer activations (traffic tools, GWPs, product sleeves, consumer contests); coordinating asset creation, approval with Global Brand Teams, production and shipment; supporting key presentations including sample ordering, room decoration and marketing materials; gathering and analysing consumer and market trends, competitor best practices and retailer activations; directing Sales and Merchandising Teams to correct brand guidelines and assets; building an internal in-store picture library; preparing monthly brand performance analyses tracking new launches; maintaining accuracy of the offerings tracker and supporting sufficiency analysis; ensuring perfect execution of Coty Prestige Brands on e-Retail sites including content updates, brand audits, and competitive benchmarking; managing brand assets and DAM database; assisting in the development and creation of ad hoc creative assets across multiple touchpoints; coordinating development and approval processes with Global Brand Teams, internal teams, agencies and retailers. Currently studying Management, Marketing, Business or Economics. Experience in Marketing and in the Beauty and/or Fashion industry is valued; Travel Retail experience is a plus. Fluent in English; French and Spanish are a plus. Master-level usage of Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent time management, organisational and prioritisation skills. Passion for brand building and an entrepreneurial, analytical mindset. Ability to develop creative solutions and think conceptually. Positive self-starter attitude: enthusiastic, thrives under pressure and takes charge of self-development. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and influence others with integrity and respect. Reliable with excellent execution skills and ability to meet deadlines. 12-month fixed-term internship with Coty Travel Retail Europe in Geneva. Competitive salary plus lunch allowance, annual local public transport pass, 25 holiday days per calendar year plus 3 floating days. Omni-working policy allowing up to 50% remote work per month.
