Its Technology Strategy & Transformation team helps some of the largest organisations in Switzerland and globally to tackle their most complex IT challenges — from system replacement and IT architecture to full IT transformation and M&A. The team combines deep technology expertise with strong business acumen and excellent communication skills to introduce change that creates real impact for clients. Work in a client-facing role on projects across key industries. Be integrated into a project team from day one and work in partnership with the customer, supported by experienced colleagues, on challenging problems and solutions. Get involved in projects spanning IT Strategy and Operating Model design, IT Architecture, IT Business Management, IT Agility Advisory, IT Transitions and Transformations, and IT M&A. Conduct analysis, participate in workshops and status meetings, and prepare documents and presentations. Recent graduate or high-performing student completing a Master's degree in Information Systems, Business and/or Engineering with exposure to IT topics. Strong eagerness to learn and foundational knowledge of IT; previous internship or work experience in IT Consulting or an IT department of a global company is desirable but not essential. Passion for IT innovation and awareness of major technology trends such as Agile Methodology, Robotic Process Automation, and Cloud. Methodical, structured approach and strong attention to detail. Curious mindset with a thirst for knowledge. Confident communication skills in English and German or French. A 6-month internship with hands-on client engagement experience from day one. Workload of 80–100%. Comprehensive internal and external training programme including certifications such as ITIL, SAFe, and PRINCE2. Flexible and hybrid working conditions.
