The Technology Strategy & Transformation team works with some of the largest organisations in Switzerland and globally, helping them introduce meaningful change to their IT organisations through deep technology expertise and strong business understanding. The team has worked on engagements ranging from helping a world-leading bank establish the largest European wealth management entity to developing commercial strategies for global chemical companies. Work in a client-facing role on projects across key industries. Be integrated into a project team from day one and collaborate with clients and experienced colleagues to tackle challenging problems. Contribute to projects spanning IT Strategy and Operating Model design, IT Architecture, IT Business Management, IT Agility Advisory, IT Transitions and Transformations, and IT Mergers & Acquisitions. Conduct analysis, participate in workshops and status meetings, and prepare documents and presentations. Recent graduate or high-performing student completing a Master's degree in Information Systems, Business, and/or Engineering with exposure to IT topics. Strong eagerness to learn and foundational knowledge of IT topics. Previous internship or work experience in IT Consulting or within an IT department of a global company is desirable but not essential. Passion for IT innovation and awareness of major technology trends such as Agile Methodology, Robotic Process Automation, and Cloud. Ability to work methodically, in a structured way, and with great attention to detail. Curiosity and a fresh perspective. Confident communication skills in English and German or French. Hands-on experience from day one supporting real client engagements. Exposure to complex and impactful IT transformation projects at leading organisations worldwide.
