Work in a client-facing role on projects across key industries. Be integrated into a project team from day one and collaborate with clients and experienced colleagues to tackle challenging problems. Contribute to projects spanning IT Strategy and Operating Model design, IT Architecture, IT Business Management, IT Agility Advisory, IT Transitions and Transformations, and IT Mergers & Acquisitions. Conduct analysis, participate in workshops and status meetings, and prepare documents and presentations.
Recent graduate or high-performing student completing a Master's degree in Information Systems, Business, and/or Engineering with exposure to IT topics. Strong eagerness to learn and foundational knowledge of IT topics. Previous internship or work experience in IT Consulting or within an IT department of a global company is desirable but not essential. Passion for IT innovation and awareness of major technology trends such as Agile Methodology, Robotic Process Automation, and Cloud. Ability to work methodically, in a structured way, and with great attention to detail. Curiosity and a fresh perspective. Confident communication skills in English and German or French.
