HR Administration: management of employee files (creation, updates, archiving); drafting employment contracts, amendments, and various certificates; monitoring probation periods; managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes; declarations to social insurance authorities (AVS, LPP, family allowances, etc.); monitoring work permits; sending HR communications and managing the HR inbox; managing employees' transport changes; providing support for various tasks (swimming pool subscriptions, display screens, etc.); managing office supplies and EMS brochures in collaboration with the Marketing department. HR Projects: participation in HR process improvement projects; supporting document digitalization; contributing to internal HR communication. HR Events: coordination of internal events. The intern reports to the International HR Generalist.
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, HR, or HR Swiss Certification. Fluent in English and French (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to prioritize effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good team player with a positive "can do" approach. High attention to detail, structured and reliable working style. Professionalism, discretion, and strong sense of confidentiality. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Strong organization and time management skills. Profile suited to a student or recent graduate seeking hands-on HR experience.
