The Transactions Corporate Finance (TCF) department in Zurich sits at the nexus of corporate finance and M&A transactions, focusing on Transaction Diligence, Valuation, Modeling & Economics, and mid-size M&A Advisory. The Zurich-based team is recognised as one of the leading mid-market M&A teams in Switzerland, Europe, and globally, working with corporate clients, entrepreneurs, and financial sponsors on high-profile sell- and buy-side transactions. Preparation of transaction documents such as information memoranda, teasers, and management presentations. Company valuations using market and comparable transaction multiples as well as the DCF method. Assistance in the execution of M&A transactions from pitch to close. In-depth industry and company analyses. Preparation of potential buyer and target lists. Support in the due diligence process. Sharpening technical skills in accounting, business valuations, and financial modelling. Supporting multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Completed Bachelor's degree or advanced stage of a Master's degree with an excellent academic track record in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field. First experience in relevant fields, ideally in M&A (M&A boutique, investment banking, Big Four), private equity, investment management, or transaction diligence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German; additional fluency in French is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Exceptional analytical abilities and strong organisational skills. Strong decision-making skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
