EY-Parthenon Strategy & Transaction Execution Team focused on Financial Services. The team works with C-level leaders in the financial industry to solve strategic challenges, drive agile transformation processes, and provide strategic support across the M&A lifecycle. Work spans banking, wealth and asset management, and insurance sectors. Structure and analyze complex business problems. Conduct primary and secondary research. Create financial models to assess strategic impact. Communicate and present solutions to internal and external stakeholders. Actively participate in project acquisition and publications. Contribute to team and community building. Work closely with financial industry C-level executives on strategic challenges and M&A support throughout the transaction lifecycle. Completed Bachelor or Master degree in Banking, Finance, Management, Economics or Natural Sciences with exceptional academic performance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Clear and articulate communication style. Team-oriented with proactive work approach. Entrepreneurial and performance-driven mindset. Comfortable in international environment with fluent German and English (written and spoken). Internship duration of 4-6 months starting August 2026.
