This role sits within the Events & Experiences Regional Team of the Fashion Swiss Markets Region, covering Switzerland, Latin America and India. The team's mission is to orchestrate extraordinary client experiences that reinforce CHANEL's authority as a luxury leader. Support the Events & Experiences Regional Team across two main pillars. Events: assist markets with facilities organisation and all event details including decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee lists, special guests, equipment and promotional material; support communication assets for markets; consolidate post-event feedback to identify areas of success and improvement; consolidate competitive monitoring reports and share insights. Experiences: coordinate logistics for each Experience with strong attention to detail, covering invitation management, gifting preparations and booking management; consolidate post-experience feedback to measure impact and drive improvements. Cross-cutting: maintain communications with the Global team and Local markets teams; conduct targeting and analysis around the impact of events and experiences before and after execution. Student from a Business School or University at Master level. A first successful experience in the luxury sector or in events is required. Strong interest in the Fashion and Luxury sector. Highly responsive, reliable, detail-oriented and strongly organised. Fluent in both French and English. An internship agreement is mandatory: the internship must be part of the study programme, required for the completion of the degree, and validated by the award of academic credits. Full-time internship (100%) based in Geneva, running from 4 January 2027 for 6 months. In-person position, Monday to Friday (5 days a week). The role provides hands-on exposure to luxury event management and client experience coordination within a prestigious global fashion house, working across an international region covering Switzerland, Latin America and India.
