The team is headquartered in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, and operates with cross-functional teams across a global organisation undergoing a CRM transformation journey. Support the rollout of CRM processes and tools within Customer Service and Sales. Assist in documenting Lead-to-Cash processes such as lead management, opportunity handling, and order processing. Create and maintain process maps, guidelines, and documentation. Help coordinate rollout activities and collect stakeholder feedback. Support project tracking, reporting, and KPI analysis. Document workshop outcomes, decisions, and action items. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure data quality. Currently studying Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field. Structured and detail-oriented thinking. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Analytical mindset and affinity for process optimization and data. Hands-on, proactive, reliable, and able to work autonomously. Fluent in English; German is a plus. Hands-on experience in transforming global Sales and Customer Service processes as part of an exciting CRM transformation programme. The opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams across a global organisation. Active involvement in Sales Effectiveness and Customer Service initiatives with a tangible business impact.
