Support financial management for Service units in Switzerland and Germany. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance analysis. Prepare and analyze financial reports, highlighting key deviations and drivers. Contribute to project controlling activities including cost tracking, margin analysis, and risk monitoring. Partner with Project and Service Managers on financial and commercial topics. Support project reviews, including identification of risks and opportunities. Ensure data quality and compliance with internal guidelines and financial standards (e.g. IFRS). Participate in continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. First experience in controlling, finance, or a similar area (internships included). Strong analytical mindset and interest in business operations. Basic knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA is a plus) and strong Excel skills. Good communication skills and willingness to learn in an international environment. Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage.
