The Corporate Communications team is based at the Zug headquarters, located next to the train station with direct connections to Zurich and Lucerne. Project coordination for Holcim's 2026 Integrated Annual Reporting Suite. Support with texting, editing, and proofreading for the 2026 Annual Report and other full-year reporting materials. Timeline and deadline management across reporting workstreams. Updating and controlling content in the publishing system. Additional support in other work and projects primarily related to full-year reporting. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications. Previous experience in corporate communications is a plus. Excellent project coordination skills. Digitally proficient with publishing tools and Google Suite. Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain an overview of complex, multi-workstream projects. Experience and understanding of accounting and technology is a plus. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Good command of English and German, both spoken and written. The position offers insights into the processes and work routines within corporate communications in a global corporate environment. You will work closely with other corporate functions including finance, sustainability, compensation, human resources, legal, and investor relations, as well as with external suppliers and agencies.
