Supporting experts with real estate valuation mandates. Preparing and reviewing property data and documents. Conducting telephone customer contact to arrange inspection appointments. Supporting the optimisation of ongoing processes. Tasks evolve as the team grows together. Currently enrolled as a student at a university or university of applied sciences (from 1st semester), preferably in architecture, business administration, economics, or real estate management. Interest in real estate, real estate valuation, and data management. High level of commitment and initiative. Confident oral and written communication skills in German and French. Italian language skills are an advantage. Flexible working arrangements with a strong emphasis on work-life balance. Hybrid working model.
