To support continued growth in Switzerland, Implement is looking for curious and driven graduates to join its Business & Operations Design team with a focus on Financial Services in Zurich, working with leading banks, insurers, asset managers, and other financial institutions. Work closely with experienced consultants and clients to design and implement solutions that improve how financial institutions operate and perform. Design and implement operating models. Support organizational transformations and new ways of working. Optimize business processes with a digital-first mindset. Establish performance management frameworks. Explore the business value of emerging technologies such as AI. Support post-merger integrations and carve-outs. Prepare and facilitate workshops with client stakeholders. Support transformation initiatives across banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, and other Financial Services organizations. Contribute to developing own capabilities and shaping the growing practice and local culture. Recently completed or about to complete a master's degree from a top university in business, engineering, economics, finance, or a related field with strong academic results. Up to 2 years of relevant experience such as internships, working student roles, or full-time experience. Interest in Financial Services and how the industry is evolving. Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of solving complex problems. Clear communication and ability to work well in collaborative environments. Structured and proactive approach to work. Curiosity about how organizations function and how they can improve. Ability to thrive in a project-based, fast-paced setting. Fluency in German and English required.
