J.P. Morgan (Suisse) SA is a leading global financial institution with a Geneva office. Its Asset & Wealth Management division provides investment management and wealth management services to clients worldwide. This working student position is based onsite in Geneva and is part of the Sales Support function within the Asset & Wealth Management business line.
Partners with Sales executives to support the Sales business in all its aspects. Manages reporting tasks. Handles ad hoc client requests and sends information materials, including mailings and periodic reporting to clients. Maintains CRM tools and mailing lists to ensure data accuracy and smooth communication flows. Prepares product presentations and supports the marketing team in pre-event tasks. Keeps close contact with product specialists and other teams around the world to facilitate a smooth information flow.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree for the entire duration of the program, graduating in October 2028 at the earliest. Fluency in English and French required. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality work. Ability to prioritise and multi-task. Preferred: demonstrated interest in Business Administration, Management, Governance, Finance, Economics, Wealth Management, Law, Accounting, Audit or similar fields. Fluency in German is a plus. Knowledge and interest in banking, finance, and/or investment funds is a plus. Knowledge of coding and/or large language models is a plus. CV must be submitted in English.
A fixed-term working student role at a leading global financial institution in Geneva. Offers variety, growth, and a broad introduction to a range of projects and tasks. Extensive exposure to the daily operations of J.P. Morgan's Asset & Wealth Management division. Expected availability of 19.5 hours per week onsite in Geneva.
