The Group Risk Control team in Zurich is responsible for identifying, assessing, advising, monitoring and reporting on financial risks, including credit and market risk. Support coordination and documentation activities, including preparing management information, maintaining governance materials, and assisting with reporting packages. Help with data collection and analysis for distressed asset assessments, IFRS 9 reporting inputs, and other risk-related workflows under guidance from senior team members. Assist in operational and administrative tasks such as process tracking, issue follow-ups, project support, and facilitating information flow between stakeholders. Candidates must have completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree). All majors are welcome, but an interest in the financial industry is important. The ideal candidate is hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative, a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, motivated to work in a high-demand environment with tight deadlines, and able to demonstrate responsible use of AI to improve outcomes and efficiency. This is a 2026 Off-cycle Internship within the Group Risk Control division at UBS in Zurich. Interns gain hands-on experience working with financial data and risk management in a truly global firm.
