The International Sponsorship & Partnership team based in Zurich manages and activates UBS' international sponsorship platforms, including partnerships with the Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One Team, the Pinarello Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team, and Art Basel, to meet the firm's business and brand objectives.
Support the sponsorship team in developing compelling sponsorship proposals and activation plans. Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary assets and information for sponsorship activations. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and benchmark sponsorship strategies. Support the team in maintaining relationships with sponsorship partners and ensuring timely fulfillment of sponsorship benefits. Support sponsorship request management, project coordination, and related processes. Contribute to the creation of sponsorship reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to the measurement and performance optimization of sponsorships and partnerships. Support employee and community activation of UBS platforms. Provide administrative support to the sponsorship department as needed.
Candidates must have completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree). They should be hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative, with strong communication skills and a passion for sponsorships, marketing, and event management, ideally with an interest in sports. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, an autonomous and detail-oriented work style, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite are required. Candidates must be fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus. The ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and adapt to a fast-paced environment is essential. Demonstrated responsible use of AI to improve outcomes and efficiency is valued.
