Adaptyv is a fast-growing biotech company based in Lausanne, Switzerland, building automated lab infrastructure that enables AI agents to run biology experiments. Trusted by leading biopharma companies, frontier AI labs, and techbio firms, Adaptyv combines a deep software and hardware stack — including API-controlled lab instruments, complex device orchestration workflows, and AI-driven systems — to power the next generation of agentic, AI-driven wet lab experimentation. Use AI tools to improve workflows that are still too manual, messy, or slow. Help onboard new customers to the platform. Support finance administration. Coordinate with suppliers and service providers. Assist with lab expansion logistics related to the new lab in Lausanne. Support events, customer visits, and internal company coordination. Build lightweight tools and automations using Claude Code, Python, Notion, no-code tools, or equivalent. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program. Background in biology is not required, but a genuine interest in the life sciences is valued. Entrepreneurial and self-directed — proactively identifies problems and takes action. Strong with AI tools, especially Claude Code or Codex, used to build real workflows. Hands-on, organized, and reliable with strong follow-through. Comfortable in a dynamic role where priorities shift quickly and responsibilities span multiple projects. A hands-on generalist role working directly with the founders and operations team at one of the fastest-growing biotech companies in Switzerland. Opportunity to work on impactful, real-world projects across business operations, finance, customer onboarding, and lab logistics. On-site position in Lausanne.
