The Commercial Graduate Programme is part of Glencore's broader Graduate Programme, which aims to develop the next generation of Glencore professionals within a dynamic trading environment at the company's global headquarters. Work within Glencore's commercial trading environment as front-line support across functions including Logistics, Traffic, Risk, Middle Office, LME Desk Support and Business Development, with opportunities to rotate between teams. Work directly alongside industry experts and take on individual responsibility from day one. Participate in internal rotations to understand different functions of the business. Receive training on topics such as trading, traffic, finance, business analytics, networking and public speaking through best-in-class training partners. Work with an assigned mentor to understand company culture and build a network across the organisation. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in STEM, Finance, Economics or a similar field. Available to start in 2026. Open, flexible and team-oriented personality with interdisciplinary thinking and a solution-oriented working attitude. Proficiency with IT applications including advanced Excel and data-analysis tools; experience with Power BI and Python is desirable. Self-driven with a positive attitude and willingness to embrace a diversity of tasks. Aims to improve processes and procedures to maximise efficiency. High attention to detail and process-oriented. Good time management and organisational skills. Able to work and communicate with people from various backgrounds inside and outside the company.
