The Corporate Communications team supports the preparation of Holcim's Integrated Annual Reporting Suite and other full-year reporting materials, working closely with functions including finance, sustainability, compensation, human resources, legal, and investor relations, as well as external suppliers and agencies. The role is based in a modern office next to Zug train station with direct connections to Zurich and Lucerne. Project coordination for the 2026 Integrated Annual Reporting Suite. Support with texting, editing, and proofreading for the 2026 Annual Report as well as other full-year reporting materials. Timeline and deadline management across multiple workstreams. Updating and controlling content in the publishing system. Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications. Previous experience in corporate communications is a plus. Excellent project coordination skills. Digitally proficient with publishing tools and Google Suite. Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain an overview of the full project and its workstreams. Experience and understanding of accounting and technology is a plus. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Good command of English and German, both spoken and written. Insights into the processes and work routines of corporate communications in a global corporate environment. Close collaboration with other corporate functions including finance, sustainability, human resources, legal, and investor relations, as well as external suppliers and agencies.
