On is a global sportswear and performance running brand with a forward-thinking, cross-functional Finance team. The Group Reporting team is responsible for On's external financial reporting, consolidated financial statements, accounting policies, and technical accounting matters, in compliance with IFRS and SEC regulations. The team is small, action-oriented, and has significant impact across the organisation, upholding the integrity, accuracy, and transparency of On's externally published financial reports. Support the preparation of quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial reports filed with the SEC and published externally, in accordance with IFRS and SEC regulations. Partner and collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Legal, Controlling, Treasury, Investor Relations and other teams to gather critical data and qualitative insights for reporting. Assist in developing and implementing process improvements by leveraging AI and technology to streamline and automate group reporting processes. Assist with ad-hoc analysis, cross-functional projects, monthly consolidation tasks, accounting policies, and technical accounting memos. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Basic understanding of accounting (IFRS considered a plus). Curiosity to learn more about the role of AI and automation in a Finance department. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly self-motivated with a positive and can-do mindset. Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and follow-through. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Right to work in the EU or Switzerland.
