The internship is based in Geneva, Switzerland, within the Europe Client team, which is part of the regional Retail department. Assist in monitoring forecasts, stock management and operational follow-up related to client experience tools and gifting. Contribute to the development and deployment of gifting and client treatment initiatives to elevate client experience. Coordinate with markets, suppliers and internal stakeholders across various projects and requests. Support client satisfaction monitoring and follow-up of action plans across the region. Assist in analyzing client feedback, KPIs and client insights. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and boutique experience. You have a keen interest in Luxury and Hospitality. You are energized by a variety of tasks and multiple simultaneous projects. You are adaptable, curious, and a collaborative team player. You are known for your proactivity, positive attitude and service-oriented mindset. You are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, and fluent in English. A 6-month full-time internship based in Geneva, Switzerland, starting July 2026. The role offers an immersive experience within the Europe Client team of a prestigious High Jewelry Maison. Interns will be surrounded by passionate experts and contribute to meaningful projects, gaining hands-on exposure to client experience, gifting, hospitality and client satisfaction initiatives at a regional level.
