Kepler Cheuvreux is a leading independent European financial services company, founded in Paris in 1997 as the equity brokerage business of Bank Julius Baer. The firm has diversified across Equities, Debt & Derivatives, Investment Solutions, Corporate Finance, and Asset Management. Within Corporate Finance, the Debt Advisory division advises corporates, investment funds, and family offices on raising financial debt through suitable capital structure solutions. The team of 9 professionals is based in Paris and Geneva (with the role located in Nyon) and has a strong track record across a wide range of debt transactions. Interns benefit from direct access to senior leadership within a small, entrepreneurial team. Support the team on debt advisory transactions across origination and execution. Produce marketing materials and pitches for new deal opportunities. Perform financial modelling in support of advisory mandates. Participate in all aspects of transaction processes alongside a small, senior-led team. Candidate must be studying towards a master's degree at a leading school or university, ideally in finance. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are mandatory, with demonstrated financial modelling capabilities being a strong asset. Knowledge of financial databases such as Pitchbook, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, or Factset is appreciated. Strong analytical and numerical skills are required. Fluency in both French and English is essential. Previous internship experience in investment banking, private equity, audit, or related fields is appreciated but not a prerequisite. The ideal candidate displays great motivation, an entrepreneurial team spirit, and is curious and eager to learn. A 6-month internship within the Corporate Finance - Debt Advisory division of Kepler Cheuvreux, based in Nyon, Switzerland. The role offers direct exposure to senior professionals in an entrepreneurial boutique environment, hands-on involvement in live transactions, and the opportunity to work across a diverse international client base. A successful intern may be considered for a full-time Analyst role within Kepler Corporate Finance. The recruitment process consists of 2 to 3 rounds of interviews covering both fit and technical questions.
