Deliver workstreams at the intersection of Business Strategy and AI Technology, with a focus on Agentic AI and AI-driven workflow automation for Swiss and international clients. Build high-level strategies and actionable AI solutions and proofs of concept to demonstrate business value. Design, build, and deploy AI agents that leverage client data to orchestrate workflows, automate decision-making, and enable scalable intelligent operations. Translate business requirements into technical architectures and prototypes, enabling clients to move from AI experimentation to production-ready solutions. Analyze client processes and data landscapes to identify high-impact AI agent use cases aligned with strategic priorities. Design and program AI agents that autonomously execute tasks, integrate systems, and augment human decision-making. Build proof-of-value prototypes using client data, validating technical feasibility, scalability, and business value. Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders to define agent architectures, governance models, and responsible AI guardrails. Contribute to the development of assets for Agentic AI across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other core business processes. First experience in GenAI engineering or software development. Previous experience or internship in management consulting is an advantage. Practical experience in designing and programming AI solutions. Ability to translate strategic business discussions into concrete technical implementation details. Entrepreneurial mindset, solution-oriented, and highly motivated. Strong communication skills. Excellent command of written and spoken English. German is mandatory at business-proficient level (C1).
