Coty Travel Retail (TRE) Europe is based in Geneva and is seeking a talented, highly motivated intern to join its Travel Retail Europe Marketing Team for a 12-month fixed-term internship. Support the Travel Retail Europe Marketing Team across the entire brand portfolio. Assist in the development and execution of direct-to-consumer marketing activations (traffic tools, GWPs, product sleeves, consumer contests). Coordinate full asset creation, approval with Global Brand Teams, production and shipment. Support preparation of key presentations, including ordering sample products and marketing materials. Gather and analyze consumer and market trends, competitors' best practices, and retailers' activations. Direct Sales and Merchandising Teams to the correct brand guidelines and assets. Help prepare analysis for monthly brand reviews, including tracking new launches and brand performance. Maintain accuracy of offerings tracker and support sufficiency analysis. Ensure perfect execution of Coty Prestige Brands on e-Retail sites, including updating brand and product pages, conducting brand audits, and developing e-retail packages. Manage brand assets and folders, and assist in the development of ad hoc creative assets across multiple touchpoints (online, e-com, social media, printed materials). Collaborate closely with departments including Merchandising, Commercial, Supply, Finance, and Global Travel Retail Teams. Currently studying Management, Marketing, Business, or Economics. Experience in Marketing and in the Beauty and/or Fashion industry. Travel Retail experience is a plus. Fluent in English; French and Spanish are a plus. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Passion for brand building and an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop creative and analytical solutions. Positive self-starter attitude, thrives under pressure, and takes charge of self-development. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate, influence others, and adapt to different working styles. Reliable and results-oriented with excellence in execution. 12-month fixed-term marketing internship within Coty's Travel Retail Europe team in Geneva.
