The internship is based at Piaget's Geneva Headquarters within the International Commercial Department, reporting to the Head of Retail and Partner Retail Excellence.
Prepare presentations for various stakeholders at HQ and in Markets using MS PowerPoint. Support client experience projects including monitoring client satisfaction and engagement, assisting in the creation of in-store activations, and the deployment of digital tools in boutiques. Engage in retail operations to support boutiques and subsidiaries with policies, new tools and services, and transversal projects related to After-Sales, Visual Merchandising, CRM, and Boutique openings. Lead the preparation and coordination of partner meeting bookings during Watch and Wonders 2027. Run comprehensive data analysis of Retail Metrics in MS Excel and dedicated dashboards. Support the Retail and Partner Retail Excellence team in preparing monthly calls with all subsidiaries and counterparts worldwide. Proactively create content to animate the Retail and CRM global community through communication channels such as the Intranet, monthly newsletters, and SharePoint.
Currently attending or having just completed a Business Master's Degree or equivalent. Minimum of two previous experiences in retail and/or wholesale, either in a boutique or a head office. Previous experience creating engaging presentations and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience communicating effectively with stakeholders, presenting results, and driving implementation. Previous experience with KPI dashboards and reporting tools; knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud or Google Looker is required. Knowledge of Salesforce Service/Marketing Cloud is a plus. Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel, including analyzing and visualizing large volumes of data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Autonomous, detail-oriented, proactive, ambitious, and comfortable working with challenges.
