Contribute to real, high-impact projects across scientific, operational, or strategic teams (Finance and Corporate Strategy focus areas). Participate in onboarding and skills workshops tailored to individual development. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across hubs. Receive guidance from a dedicated mentor, including mid-program and final performance reviews. Engage in the SPARKLAB macro project. Actively participate in team life, including a potential visit to another hub. Currently enrolled in or recently completed a higher education degree at an accredited institution. Curious, motivated, and eager to grow in a biotech setting. B2 level of English or higher (written and spoken). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Able to work in person at the Zug, Cambridge, or Porto office at least 3 days per week. The SPARK Programme is a dynamic, paid traineeship lasting 3 to 12 months.
