Johnson & Johnson MedTech is a global healthcare company operating at the intersection of Innovative Medicine and MedTech. Based in Zuchwil, Solothurn, Switzerland, the Supply Chain FP&A team works at the crossroads of finance, operations, and digital innovation. The team is focused on building smarter, more efficient finance workflows by integrating AI (Microsoft Copilot) and automation solutions to support day-to-day decision-making and supply chain initiatives. Support the creation of business cases for supply chain initiatives and investments. Review current FP&A and reporting processes to identify inefficiencies. Propose and implement practical improvements to simplify and standardize workflows. Document and redesign processes to improve transparency and scalability. Identify opportunities to integrate AI (Microsoft Copilot) into daily finance activities. Develop simple AI-enabled solutions such as automated reporting and insights generation. Create templates, prompts, and best practices to facilitate team adoption of AI tools. Use Python and Excel to automate data handling and reporting tasks. Support integration of data from multiple sources including ERP systems and Excel datasets. Build simple tools or scripts to improve data accuracy and reduce manual effort. Currently studying Finance, Business Analytics, Engineering, or Data Science. Strong analytical mindset with interest in finance, operations, and digital tools. Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI is a plus. Knowledge of Python for automation and data analysis. Interest in AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar technologies. Structured, curious, and solution-oriented with strong communication skills. Exposure to Supply Chain FP&A in a global business environment. Hands-on experience building real business cases that impact decisions. Opportunity to drive process improvements and AI adoption. Practical experience combining finance, data, and automation.
