JPMorgan Chase's Global Private Bank offers the Advisor Analyst Training Program in Geneva, designed for graduating students joining the firm's private banking division. For over 200 years, J.P. Morgan has partnered with innovators, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders to help them achieve their financial goals through tailored wealth management solutions across investments, credit, banking, and Trust & Estates practices. The Private Bank operates across more than 17 offices in 11 EMEA countries and has been recognised as the world's best private bank by Global Finance magazine. Work with a team of advisors and specialists to bring in new clients and serve existing ones. Deliver highly customised and comprehensive solutions to help protect, manage, and grow client wealth. Understand clients' unique needs and tailor approaches to exceed expectations, working across teams and the firm to provide first-class service. Participate in a five-week immersive global training programme alongside incoming analysts from around the world. Build technical and professional skills, hear from senior executives, and develop global networks. Engage in ongoing formal and informal training, development, and programme initiatives throughout the Advisor Training Program. Expected graduation date between August 2026 and July 2027. Highly driven individual who enjoys working in teams to develop complex solutions. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask. Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends. Desire to work with external clients in a relationship-building and sales capacity. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Highly inquisitive, focused, and considerate. Good judgment and discretion when handling confidential information. Fluency in French may be required; a second EU language is preferable but not essential. A structured Advisor Analyst Training Program beginning with a five-week immersive global training alongside analysts from around the world. Ongoing mentorship from senior executives and access to formal and informal training throughout the programme. Opportunities to network across the firm and participate in programme initiatives. A collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives. Upon successful completion, many full-time Analysts are promoted to Associates, offering strong long-term career progression within JPMorgan Chase.
