The Geneva LatAm team focuses on serving Latin American clients with highly customised wealth management solutions. Work with a team of advisors and specialists to bring in new clients and serve existing ones. Deliver highly customised and comprehensive wealth management solutions to help protect, manage and grow client wealth. Understand clients' unique needs and tailor approaches to exceed expectations, collaborating across teams and the firm to provide first-class service. Participate in a five-week immersive global training programme alongside incoming analysts from around the world to learn about the firm, build technical and professional skills, hear from senior executives and develop global networks. Engage in ongoing formal and informal training, development and programme initiatives throughout the Advisor Training Program. Graduating between August 2026 and July 2027. Highly driven individual who enjoys working in teams to develop complex solutions. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask. Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends. Desire to work with external clients in a relationship-building and sales capacity. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Highly inquisitive, focused and considerate. Good judgement and discretion when handling confidential information. Preferred: fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese; a second EU language is advantageous. A structured Advisor Analyst Training Program within JPMorgan Chase's Global Private Bank in Geneva, covering the LatAm client segment. The programme begins with a five-week immersive global training session. Participants benefit from mentorship by senior executives, exposure to complex wealth management mandates, and opportunities to build global networks. Ongoing formal and informal development opportunities are provided throughout the programme. High-performing analysts are frequently promoted to Associates at programme end, enabling long-lasting careers within the firm.
