Julius Baer is a wealth management firm seeking a motivated student to join the Technology Governance & Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) team in Zurich. The role offers hands-on experience in governance, risk, and compliance within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Support the Technology Governance office in reporting, exception management, and audit tracking. Maintain and update governance artefacts including standard management and consolidation of governance metrics. Support the finalization and rollout of the TPRM project and ensure smooth migration of existing engagements into the new tool. Assist in the completion of third party risk assessments in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Coordinate and follow up with subject matter experts across various domains such as security, legal, and compliance. Monitor and report on the status of ongoing third party risk assessments. Support the onboarding and kick-off of new assessments using internal tools and platforms. Help maintain documentation and ensure data quality in TPRM systems. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program. Interest in governance, risk management, and sourcing activities. Strong communication and organizational skills. Highly motivated and self-driven student with a proactive attitude. Comfortable working with tools like Excel, SharePoint, or risk management platforms (training will be provided). Fluent in English; German is a plus.
