Human Resources Intern (80-100%) at the Department of Finance and Resources (Departement Finanzen und Ressourcen) of Kanton Aargau. The Department with around 650 employees serves as a cross-departmental unit responsible for providing the canton with necessary resources for task fulfillment. The Generalsekretariat provides strategic and operational administrative support, communication, HR management, planning and controlling, accounting, project coordination, legal services and quality assurance. Handle administrative tasks across the entire employee life cycle. Assist in creating and optimizing various HR work processes. Participate in various HR projects, such as implementing the new recruitment strategy. Support recruitment efforts including job postings, pre-selection, applicant management and interviews. Assist with vocational training matters. Completed bachelor's degree in business or psychology required. Quick comprehension and strong organizational skills essential. Interest, affinity and networked thinking for processes and systems. Self-motivated, solution-oriented and structured working approach. Discrete, team-oriented and motivated personality.
