This role sits within the Business Analysis team, focused on Trading and Treasury (T&T) initiatives, and is part of the twelve-month Leonteq Graduate Program. Support project pre-analysis and help break down initiatives into functional workstreams. Gather and document business requirements with guidance from senior team members. Assist in drafting clear and structured business specifications. Help translate business needs into functional requirements for development teams. Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to support project delivery. Prepare and maintain test cases and steer user acceptance testing (UAT). Participate in release cycles and support project and feature test campaigns. Track project progress, identify potential risks, and provide regular status updates. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation. Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Eagerness to learn and develop within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, team-oriented, and organized approach to work. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Excel and Python development (scripts). Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Modern facilities in a prime Zurich location.
