Support the creation of high-quality client materials including investment presentations, performance and risk reports, and strategy summaries. Collaborate closely with investment specialists and portfolio managers to ensure content accuracy and alignment with relevant strategies. Assist in the preparation of supporting documentation for client meetings and communications. Help ensure that all materials meet regulatory requirements and internal quality standards. Contribute to internal business consolidation and project coordination efforts within the team. Participate actively in team meetings, offering ideas to further improve processes and outcomes.
Ongoing or recently completed university studies in Business Administration, Banking, or Marketing (bachelor's or master's degree). Excellent written and spoken German and English skills; knowledge of additional languages is an asset. Strong IT skills and confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, with a solid sense for design and a keen eye for detail. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Eagerness to learn, openness to new topics, and a strong interest in personal and professional development.
