LHH is recruiting on behalf of an international asset management firm based in Zurich. The Reporting Team plays a central role in supporting investment reporting activities and maintaining relationships with key European clients. The team collaborates with colleagues and stakeholders across Europe, the USA, and Asia, operating within a dynamic, multicultural environment with flat hierarchies and a strong focus on quality and process improvement. Monitor client portfolios on an ongoing basis and maintain direct communication with European mandate clients. Manage and maintain investment data based on cash flows and reports received from target funds. Update holdings information, including detailed portfolio company data. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual client reports. Perform monthly data reconciliations, variance analyses, and quantitative and qualitative performance evaluations. Support the continuous enhancement of the investment database and reporting processes. Prepare presentations for senior management, committee meetings, and marketing initiatives. Assist with the preparation and coordination of external audits. Calculate Total Expense Ratios (TER) for clients and proprietary products. Prepare forecasts, projections, and customised performance analyses on an ad hoc basis. University degree or University of Applied Sciences degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Controlling, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. Alternatively, completed commercial training (KV), banking apprenticeship, or trust/fiduciary qualification combined with relevant professional experience. 2-3 years of professional experience in performance reporting, finance, accounting, banking, fiduciary services, or a related environment. Strong analytical thinking, excellent numerical skills, and high attention to detail. Comfortable interacting directly with clients and taking ownership of responsibilities. High IT affinity with advanced MS Excel skills (functions, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, VBA); programming skills are a plus. Strong motivation to deliver high-quality solutions for professional investors. Excellent organisational and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Fluent English (written and spoken); basic German skills required; additional languages are an advantage. A challenging and varied temporary role (6-7 months, 100% workload) within a respected international investment management environment in Zurich.
