The internship is a 12-month program launching your professional career in a multinational family business environment. Design and implement BI dashboards to automate existing reporting processes. Develop new operational KPIs and performance indicators to measure business results. Collaborate closely with sales, product management and supply chain teams to understand reporting needs and ensure alignment with business goals. Support the sales team by delivering ad hoc analyses and data-driven insights to inform decision-making. Implement automation solutions to reduce manual workload and increase data accuracy. Completed Master degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or related field. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel including advanced functions and macros. Eager to learn reporting and data visualization tools. Proactive in identifying opportunities to streamline and automate reporting tasks. Clear communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams. Good command of English; knowledge of German or French is an advantage.
