Contribute to the definition and implementation of a monitoring framework for AI Copilot agents, covering: response quality (defining metrics such as accuracy, relevance, and hallucination rate, and implementing automated evaluation mechanisms); performance and stability (monitoring response times, error rates, availability, and agent robustness); user adoption (tracking usage, analyzing user journeys, and measuring satisfaction via feedback, NPS, and reuse rate); costs and FINOps (monitoring inference and usage costs and optimizing the value-to-cost ratio). Contribute to structuring a standardized Sandbox environment in collaboration with IT Infrastructure teams. Implement resource variability (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) to facilitate production deployment. Write recommendations and best practices for the integration, deployment, and industrialization of agents. Deliver a structured framework (metrics, dashboards, standards), architecture and process recommendations, a first version of a monitoring solution (dashboards or automated reporting), and guidelines for setup, configuration, and resource variability. Currently enrolled as a student in an engineering school or data science programme. Specialization in AI, large language models (LLMs), and production deployment challenges. Comfortable with data analysis and technical environments. Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and critical thinking.
