The intern will contribute to the definition and implementation of a monitoring framework for AI Copilot agents, covering: response quality (defining metrics such as accuracy, relevance, and hallucination rate, and implementing automated evaluation mechanisms); performance and stability (monitoring response times, error rates, availability, and robustness); user adoption (tracking usage, analysing user journeys, measuring satisfaction via feedback, NPS, and reuse rate); costs and FINOps (monitoring inference and usage costs, optimising the value-to-cost ratio); and development environment and industrialisation (contributing to a standardised Sandbox environment, implementing resource variability across Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams, and writing recommendations and best practices for integration and deployment). Expected deliverables include a structured framework with metrics, dashboards and standards; architecture and process recommendations; a first version of the monitoring solution; and guidelines for setup, configuration, and resource variability. Student enrolled in an engineering school or a Data Science programme, with a specialisation in AI, large language models (LLMs), and production deployment challenges. Must be comfortable with data analysis and technical environments, and demonstrate strong organisational skills, autonomy, and critical thinking.
