Lombard Odier is guided by the philosophy of "Rethink Everything," having navigated over 40 financial crises by continually reassessing its investment approach. The intern will contribute to the definition and implementation of a monitoring framework for AI Copilot agents, covering: response quality (defining metrics such as accuracy, relevance, and hallucination rate, and implementing automated evaluation mechanisms); performance and stability (monitoring response times, error rates, availability, and robustness); user adoption (tracking usage, analysing user journeys, measuring satisfaction via feedback, NPS, and reuse rate); costs and FINOps (monitoring inference and usage costs, optimising the value-to-cost ratio); and development environment and industrialisation (contributing to a standardised Sandbox environment, implementing resource variability across Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams, and writing recommendations and best practices for integration and deployment). Expected deliverables include a structured framework with metrics, dashboards and standards; architecture and process recommendations; a first version of the monitoring solution; and guidelines for setup, configuration, and resource variability. Student enrolled in an engineering school or a Data Science programme, with a specialisation in AI, large language models (LLMs), and production deployment challenges. Must be comfortable with data analysis and technical environments, and demonstrate strong organisational skills, autonomy, and critical thinking.
