Lombard Odier Investment Managers (LOIM) is the asset management business of Lombard Odier Group, a renowned global wealth and asset manager with close to CHF 300 billion under management and over 25 offices across 4 continents. The role is a Sales Support Private Assets internship based in Geneva, reporting to the Head of Private Assets Sales and contributing to the development of the private assets franchise globally. Handle inquiries from clients, consultants and prospects regarding private assets. Prepare follow-ups on client meetings in collaboration with internal stakeholders including investment, operations, and legal teams. Provide support for client reporting, presentations, and bespoke projects. Create or review marketing materials. Assist with preparation and review of requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs). Support the Team Head with transversal tasks and internal reporting. Help sales team with booking client meetings and coordinating with generalist sales teams. Support marketing campaigns and maintain the CRM system. Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, finance or a related field. First relevant experience (including internship) in client servicing, sales, or business development within asset management or financial services. Strong communication skills in English and French (additional languages are a plus). Highly motivated team player with proactive and collaborative mindset. Strong client orientation and commitment to delivering high-quality service. Knowledge of private assets is an advantage.
