Marmot Finance is a boutique Swiss wealth manager specializing in wealth management tailored to high-net-worth women and their families. The firm is mission-driven with a philosophy of cost-effective, risk-managed investing focused on life and financial goals, and aims to empower women to achieve financial freedom and close the financial gender gap.
Support investment processes by assisting in maintaining and curating investment portfolios aligned with the firm's investment philosophy. Collaborate on creating educational materials and marketing content that promote financial literacy and showcase offerings. Work on marketing campaigns and initiatives to attract prospective clients, with focus on expanding outreach within the female financial ecosystem. Assist with compliance-related tasks to ensure operations run smoothly and meet regulatory requirements. Participate in various projects and initiatives working closely with team members across investment, marketing, and operations.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. Strong interest in wealth management, investing, building client relationships, and entrepreneurialism. Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex financial topics for diverse audiences. Proficiency with digital tools; familiarity with CRM systems and investment software such as Morningstar Direct is a plus. Strong Excel skills. Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and proactive approach to problem-solving. Passion for the mission to close the financial gender gap and empower women in wealth management. Fluent in English (required); German (C1) (required). Must be legally eligible to live and work in Switzerland.
