Handle the processing of various types of payments. Precise and timely booking of all payments issued. Organize payment runs. Reconcile bank accounts in various currencies on a weekly basis. Support the Financial Accountant in daily tasks. Interact professionally with various internal and external stakeholders. Prepare ad-hoc reports for the Finance Operations Manager. The role is fully on-site at the Basel office and communication is primarily in English. Currently enrolled at a university or higher education institution. Fluent in English (C1) and German (C1). Confident use of MS Office and digital tools for document management. Strong organizational and communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive, team- and service-oriented mindset. Salary of CHF 25.00 per hour (gross). Hands-on experience in finance operations within an international academic publishing environment. Flexible schedule designed to fit academic commitments.
