Actively participate in team life, including a potential visit to another hub. Currently enrolled in or recently completed a higher education degree (accepted at an institution for higher education). Curious, motivated, and eager to grow in a biotech setting. B2 level of English or higher (written and spoken). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Able to work in person at the Zug, Cambridge, or Porto office at least 3 days per week. The SPARK Programme is a dynamic, paid traineeship lasting between 2 and 12 months, offering hands-on experience in the biotech industry. Trainees benefit from a supportive learning environment alongside experienced professionals, the opportunity to contribute to ground-breaking healthcare projects, and a hybrid/remote-friendly work model with at least 3 days per week in the office.
