Multiplicity Partners is an independent investment firm headquartered in Zurich, established in 2010. The firm is active across private markets with a particular focus on complex investment opportunities that require a differentiated approach. It combines deep market knowledge and a broad network with a disciplined, value-driven investment philosophy. Over the past decade, the firm has built a solid track record across a wide range of asset classes and market situations, supported by a highly experienced team. Active involvement in private equity transactions across all phases of the deal process, from initial opportunity to closing. Conducting company and fund valuations and building financial models. Supporting due diligence and the preparation of investment proposals. Implementing and enhancing the use of AI in daily operations. Assisting the team with the ongoing management and value creation across the portfolio. Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally with a background in economics or finance. Ideally first practical experience in private equity, investment banking, asset management, consulting or audit. Experience working with financial statements, income statements and company valuations. Strong analytical skills and a high level of results orientation. Solid MS Office skills, in particular Excel, and a strong interest in AI applications. Business-fluent English; German is an advantage. The internship offers the opportunity to actively support the Investment Team in identifying, analysing and executing new investment opportunities within a small team with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths. From the outset, the intern takes on responsibility for individual projects and works independently, supported by an experienced team that provides valuable input for both professional and personal development. The role is based in Zurich and runs for 4 to 6 months.
