Nestlé's NeStep programme is a unique 12-month immersive graduate experience based in Vevey, Switzerland. It is designed for fresh graduates who want to learn fast, grow with purpose and make an impact. Participants spend at least half their time owning one meaningful project, combined with structured learning and continuous mentoring. This role sits within the Talent Acquisition Analytics & Operations team, with a mission to simplify, automate and strengthen how Talent Acquisition insights are created, shared and used. Designing a clear Talent Acquisition reporting ecosystem by mapping key data sources, dashboards, indicators and audiences. Automating reporting steps to improve efficiency, strengthen data quality and reduce manual work for the team. Creating accessible dashboards and insights that help stakeholders make informed, data-driven recruitment decisions. Integrating external recruitment market trends and benchmarks to enrich analysis and support strategic workforce discussions. Supporting operational excellence across recruitment activities through interview scheduling, immigration process, financial administration and career events organisation. Collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues, HR Business Partners and people leaders to build reliable reporting solutions. Recent graduate from a Swiss higher education institution (bachelor's or master's degree completed within the last 12 months). Swiss nationals, EU/EFTA nationals, or C permit holders only. Strong academic background in analytics, data, or digital technologies with a keen interest in leveraging data and digital tools to drive process improvements. Organised, solution-oriented and comfortable working with evolving priorities in a collaborative environment. Confident communicating clearly with different stakeholders. Fluent English required; French or German is an advantage. Brings curiosity, empathy and ambition.
