The intern will support the Finance team while gaining exposure to several key functions. Core finance and operations responsibilities (approximately 60–70% of the role) include: supporting Purchase Order (PO) management and supplier follow-up; assisting with invoice processing and approval workflows (Yooz); contributing to monthly closing and financial reporting activities; supporting reconciliation between financial systems; participating in stock monitoring and fixed asset tracking; assisting with expense reporting and accounting allocations; and working with tools such as Sage, Yooz, OM Business, and Excel. The remaining time will be dedicated to strategic and cross-functional projects such as market and competitive intelligence research, supporting business development initiatives and strategic analyses, preparing presentations and internal documentation, and contributing to operational excellence projects. The intern will also support communication and marketing initiatives, participate in supply chain coordination and quality-related documentation, and collaborate across departments to understand how a MedTech company operates as a whole.
The ideal candidate is curious, eager to learn, and passionate about developing new skills. They should be organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. A proactive and resourceful mindset with comfort in taking initiative is expected, along with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. The candidate should be interested in finance, accounting, business operations, and healthcare innovation. Proficiency in Excel is required. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; French is a plus.
The internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing international MedTech company, with direct exposure to finance, operations, and strategic decision-making. The intern will benefit from meaningful responsibilities with real ownership from day one, mentorship from experienced professionals in a collaborative environment, and a unique opportunity to discover how innovative healthcare technologies are developed, commercialised, and scaled globally. The role also provides the chance to contribute to a mission focused on improving the quality of life of patients worldwide. The internship duration is flexible at 6 to 12 months.
